Author Information
Andrew E. Stoner is an Indianapolis-based writer. He served in Governor Frank O’Bannon’s administration as deputy press secretary from 2001 to 2003. In 2006, he published the acclaimed biography Legacy of a Governor: The Life of Indiana’s Frank O’Bannon. Stoner holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in journalism from both Franklin College of Indiana and Ball State University.
